Carol E. Martinez, M.A. Founder, LinguaLeaders LLC Carol E. Martinez is a dedicated educator, curriculum designer, and language specialist with over two decades of experience in K–12 education. As the founder of LinguaLeaders LLC, she brings a visionary approach to language instruction, helping schools and students achieve academic excellence and cultural fluency. Carol's work focuses on ensuring that all students — especially those from underserved communities — have access to rigorous, meaningful language learning experiences. A skilled curriculum writer, a professional development leader, and an official AP Spanish Language and Culture Reader, Carol has guided districts in creating standards-aligned, culturally responsive programs for both Spanish and ESL. She has also supported students in earning college credit and national recognition through the State and Global Seal of Biliteracy, and the STAMP4S assessment. Based in New Jersey and serving clients virtually and in person, Carol’s mission is to promote bilingualism, biliteracy, and educational equity through intentional course design and inspired instruction.
